Montessori approach

All children want to learn. With the freedom to investigate the world around them, they will become active learners.
The teacher is trained specially to observe, to respond to the needs of each child. She guides and encourages each child on how to use the educational material appropriately to their stage of development. We see every child as an individual, we encourage exploring our setting and children will learn from the hand on activities that they have chosen. The adult is a guide to the children, supporting the child’s exploration and discovery. We carefully observe the children in our care both individually and in groups. This enables us to discover more about each child and their development.

Children are encouraged to express themselves through arts, crafts, music, drama and communication. We believe that there is a continued possibility of development for each child according to his or he personal rhythm of progress, and potential.
